Sundays are for slowing down, releasing the stress of the week, and preparing for the new one ahead. The sauna is one of my favorite ways to:

⨠Clear my mind
⨠Relax sore muscles
⨠Reflect and reset
Think of it as a weekly recharge stationânot just for your body, but for your goals, too.

What do I need to release from last week?
What do I want to carry with me into this week?
How can I create space for peace, clarity, and focus?
