Sundays are for slowing down, releasing the stress of the week, and preparing for the new one ahead. The sauna is one of my favorite ways to:


✨ Sweat out toxins

✨ Clear my mind

✨ Relax sore muscles

✨ Reflect and reset


Think of it as a weekly recharge station—not just for your body, but for your goals, too.


💭 While you’re in the sauna (or enjoying your own version of a Sunday reset), ask yourself:


  • What do I need to release from last week?

  • What do I want to carry with me into this week?

  • How can I create space for peace, clarity, and focus?
