Know your strengths.
Before you make another to-do list… before you set another stretch goal… pause and ask yourself:
 What am I already good at?
Why Knowing Your Strengths Changes Everything
When you operate from your strengths, you move with more ease, energy, and confidence. You’re not forcing it—you’re flowing in what already works for you.
Your strengths:
Boost your momentum
Build your confidence
Help you overcome challenges faster
Show you how to leverage what you already have to reach what’s next
How to Identify Your Strengths
Here’s a simple process to help you get started:
 1. Make a Strengths List
Write down 10 things you know you’re good at—personally or professionally. Think about what people naturally come to you for.
Ask yourself:
What do I do well, without overthinking?
What have others complimented me on?
What tasks energize me instead of drain me?
 2. Ask Your Circle
Sometimes others can see what we can’t. Ask your friends, coworkers, or accountability partners:
“What’s one thing you think I’m really good at?”
You’ll be surprised how quickly they’ll reflect your brilliance back to you.
 3. Look at Your Track Record
Go back through your wins—big and small. What skills or qualities helped you succeed?

Knowing your strengths doesn’t mean ignoring your weaknesses—it means starting with what’s working.
Your strengths are not just talents. They are tools in your success toolbox. So pull them out. Use them. Celebrate them.
