Revisiting “The Let Them Theory”—Now With My Morning Meetup Book Club

ree

I’m diving back into The Let Them Theory by Mel Robbins—this time, as part of my Morning Meetup book club. I listened to the audiobook a few weeks ago and immediately knew it deserved a second round. But this time? I’m showing up with a highlighter in hand and a community to unpack it with.

To be honest, I did have a moment where I felt the book could’ve been a little shorter. But even with that, the concept was life-changing—and that’s what kept me coming back. The idea of simply letting people be who they are, without trying to control, fix, or manage them, is both freeing and convicting.

Real Talk:

  • The book may not be perfect in length, but its message is powerful enough to shift the way I show up in relationships.

  • I’m actually following many of the principles today—and it’s creating more peace in my life.

Why This Round Is Different:

  • Reading with the Morning Meetup crew means I get to hear fresh perspectives and share honest reflections.

  • We’re not just reading—we’re living this one out, one conversation at a time.

Have you read it yet?

Whether it was the audiobook, the hardcover, or a second pass with a journal in hand, I’d love to hear what you took away from The Let Them Theory.
